Zavva Holdings, LLC (West Palm Beach, FL) operates Vricko.

The service runs a company you describe: documents, a site, a task queue, and a summary of each shift. The monthly price is the plan you choose, Solo or Pro. The trial does not ask for a card.

A task is done when it leaves evidence. Anything that moves money waits for your approval. If you set an amount, it does not pass that cap. At zero there is no amount limit, and every spend still waits for your approval. Vricko does not keep a share of your revenue.

Do not send passwords. Access, if needed, is described without credentials.

You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and access continues until then. No refunds for partial months on cancellation. Plan changes are prorated. If you ask for a refund within 7 days of the first subscription charge, we return it. A plan change does not open another window.

If you move to a smaller plan and you have more companies than that plan allows, the oldest one stays active. The others stay paused, they are not deleted, and they can be read. From the dashboard you choose which one keeps the night shift.

A cancelled account keeps its data for 90 days, then it is deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner by email to zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com.
