1. What VRICKO is

1. What is VRICKO?

VRICKO is a self-serve platform where AI agents open and run a company from an idea you describe. It creates the company documents, publishes a site, works through a task queue and emails you a summary. Every task leaves evidence, and no agent goes past the caps you set. The interface and documents are in Spanish and English; English is the starting language. VRICKO is operated by Zavva Holdings, LLC (West Palm Beach, FL).

2. What do the agents do?

  • Cofounder: opens the company, answers you in the company chat and, when you flag something, creates the correction task.
  • Engineering: publishes and improves the site.
  • Growth: writes posts (three per task).
  • Sales: drafts and sends emails to the contacts you add, within the daily cap.
  • Support: answers messages that come in through your site's form. If someone asks for a refund, mentions a lawyer or makes a serious complaint, it doesn't reply: it escalates the message so you can handle it.
  • Night shift: works the queue while you sleep.

Emails and posts that don't pass the automatic review are held for your approval (see question 11).

3. What does the night shift do?

It runs once a day, around 6:00 a.m. Bogotá time (11:00 UTC). For each active company, it runs the next tasks in the queue: up to 1 per night on the trial and Solo, and up to 3 per night on Pro, always within your credits and caps. If the queue is empty, the cofounder adds the next steps: posts, lead follow-ups, site improvements and pending replies. When at least one task is completed, you get an email with what was done and any new messages that came in that day.

2. Plans and trial

4. How much does it cost? Do you take a cut of my sales?

  • Vricko Solo, US$49/month: 1 company, up to 1 night-shift task a day and 30 task credits a month.
  • Vricko Pro, US$149/month: 3 companies, up to 3 night-shift tasks a day per company and 120 task credits a month.

Both plans have the same caps and the same evidence. VRICKO charges only the plan: 0% commission on your revenue.

5. How does the free trial work?

No card is required. The trial lasts 3 days or 8 credits, whichever runs out first, and includes 1 company. All you need is your email.

6. What is a task credit?

  • Each agent task uses 1 credit. That includes tasks created from your messages to the cofounder and corrections.
  • Credits belong to your account and are shared across your companies.
  • When you open a company, three first tasks run right away: opening the company, publishing the site and writing posts. Each one uses 1 credit.
  • If a task fails, the credit is refunded.
  • Each monthly renewal adds your plan's credits, with a maximum balance of twice the plan: 60 on Solo and 240 on Pro.
  • When no credits are left, the task shows as "Blocked" with the notice "No credits left in this period".
  • The app doesn't sell extra credits today.

7. What happens when the trial ends?

  • The agents and the night shift stop. Tasks show the notice "The trial ended. Choose Solo or Pro to continue."
  • Your company, your documents and your published site are not deleted automatically when the trial ends.
  • Messages sent through your site's form are still saved and we email you about them, but Support won't reply until you choose a plan.
  • To continue, choose Solo or Pro from "Your space". If you'd rather have your trial data deleted, email zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com.

3. Getting started: up to your first published company

8. How do I get started?

  1. Go to https://app.vricko.app/en/start, enter your email and click Send link. You'll get a link that works once and expires after one hour. You don't need a password or a card.
  2. Describe the idea in at least 12 characters. It can be a new idea or the URL of a business that already exists. If you like, add the industry, the audience and the name you prefer.
  3. VRICKO prepares the company in the background. The page shows "Preparing the documents and the site" and refreshes on its own. You'll get the mission, customer, market reading, offer, a 30-day plan and a page with a form.
  4. Check the Offer section and save your price and services. Replies to customers can only use the price you write there.
  5. If you want Sales to email anyone, add them under Contacts.

9. What address is my site published at? Can I use my own domain?

Your site is published at https://<slug>.vricko.app and also at https://app.vricko.app/c/<slug>. The slug comes from the company name plus four characters, for example taller-lumen-a1b2. Some names are reserved (www, app, api, admin, support, etc.). Today you can't change the slug. Custom domains are coming soon.

4. Control: approvals, caps and evidence

10. What needs my approval?

  • Anything that moves money. The task stays in "Waiting for approval" until you click Approve spend. If you've set a spending cap, it only runs if the amount fits within it.
  • Held messages (see question 11).

Posts, Sales emails and Support replies that pass the automatic review go out without asking for approval, within the caps.

11. What are held messages ("Waiting for approval")?

They are posts, sales emails or Support replies that didn't pass the automatic review. Each one shows the reason:

  • placeholder text;
  • a price that isn't in your offer;
  • your offer has no price;
  • the reply leaves out your saved price;
  • the reply sends the customer to the form instead of giving the price;
  • a guarantee, a claim, a timeline or a phone number that isn't in your offer.

For each message you can edit the text and click Approve and send, Rewrite, Add the price to the offer (when the reason is a missing price) or Discard. Discarded messages stay in a list with a Reply manually button.

Approving a held message uses the daily email cap (see question 12). If today's cap is already used up, the message stays held until the next day or until you raise the cap.

12. How do spending caps work?

Each company has a Caps section where you can change three limits:

  • Monthly AI cap, in US cents. Default: US$20. It resets every billing month. If a company reaches it before then, new tasks are blocked until the next billing month or until you raise the cap.
  • Emails per day. Default: 10. It counts every message the company sends that day: Sales emails, Support replies and held messages you approve. The count restarts at 00:00 UTC.
  • Spending cap, in cents. Default: 0, which means no amount limit. Any task that moves money still waits for your approval. If you set an amount, an approved task only runs if it fits within that cap.

If the next step doesn't fit within a cap, it doesn't run, and the task shows as "Blocked" with the reason.

13. Who does the Sales agent email?

Only the contacts you add under Contacts, once per address and within the daily cap. Addresses are never made up. People who write in through your site's form get a reply from Support, not sales emails. Emails are sent from Your company name <slug@envios.vricko.app>. Support replies use your email as the reply-to address, so if a customer answers, it reaches you.

14. When is a task considered done?

When it leaves evidence: the site URL, the sent-email log or the saved text. Without evidence, a task isn't marked done.

15. What if something goes wrong?

Click Flag as wrong on the task and describe what's wrong. A "Fix: …" task is created and runs right away, using 1 credit. If the fix doesn't address your note, it's held and the credit is refunded.

5. Account and billing

16. How do I sign in? Is there a password?

There's no password. Click Enter, type your email and you'll get a link that works once and expires after one hour. Your session lasts up to 14 days in that browser, or until you click Log out.

17. How do I pay?

  • In "Your space", click Upgrade to Solo or Upgrade to Pro. Stripe checkout opens with a monthly subscription. You'll see the available payment methods on Stripe's checkout page, and you can enter a promo code there.
  • Once Stripe confirms the payment, your plan and credits appear in your space, and you get a "Payment confirmed" email with a link to your space.
  • The Billing button opens the Stripe portal, where you manage your subscription and payment method. If you need an invoice you can't find there, email zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com.

18. How do I switch plans (Solo ↔ Pro)?

In "Your space", click Upgrade to Pro or Switch to Solo. The change applies to your current subscription, and plan changes are prorated by Stripe. When you switch, the new plan's credits are added, up to a maximum of twice that plan. An upgrade to Pro adds credits only once per billing cycle.

When you move from Pro to Solo, your oldest company stays active and the others are paused, not deleted. You can choose which company stays active from your dashboard. Paused companies can still be read.

19. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime: click Billing in "Your space" and cancel from the Stripe portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and there are no refunds for partial months. After that, the agents and the night shift stop. Data from cancelled accounts is kept for 90 days and then deleted. If you'd like it deleted sooner, email zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com. If a payment fails, your plan stays active for 3 more days while you update your card.

20. Do you offer refunds?

  • There are no refunds for partial months when you cancel.
  • Plan changes are prorated (see question 18).
  • You can request a refund within 7 days of your subscription's first charge by emailing zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com from your account email, with the reason. This doesn't apply to later upgrades to Pro.

6. Data and privacy

21. What data do you store? Do I need to share passwords? How is it deleted?

VRICKO stores your sign-in email, your idea, the company documents, tasks, evidence, the contacts you add and messages sent through your site. Don't send passwords: if some access is needed, it's described without credentials.

We use outside providers to run the service, including Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, an email delivery service and an AI model provider.

Data from cancelled accounts is kept for 90 days and then deleted. To have your data deleted sooner, or to request a copy of it, email zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com from your account email.

7. Support

22. How do I contact support?

Support is by email only, and there are never any calls. Email zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com with your account email and your company's name, and we'll reply within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, US Eastern Time, excluding US federal holidays). Don't include passwords.

8. Common issues

23. My sign-in link didn't arrive, or it has expired.

The link works only once and expires after one hour. Request a new one from Enter, at https://app.vricko.app/en/start, with the same email. Search your inbox, including spam and promotions, for an email with the subject "Vricko: your link". If it still doesn't arrive, email zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com.

24. I paid, but I don't see my plan or credits.

When you return from Stripe you'll see "The payment was recorded. The plan changes when the confirmation arrives." Your plan and credits appear when Stripe's confirmation arrives, and you'll also get the "Payment confirmed" email at that point. If you still don't see them after a while, email zavvaadmin@zavvaholdings.com with your account email and the payment date.

25. A task shows as "Blocked" or isn't moving.

Open the task and read the reason. It can be one of these:

  • no credits left;
  • the AI cap doesn't fit another task;
  • the task moves money and is waiting for your approval;
  • the amount goes over your spending cap;
  • today's email cap is used up;
  • the trial has ended;
  • the company is paused.

Adjust the cap, approve the task or choose a plan, depending on the case. If the result is wrong, flag it so a correction is opened.
