Sales writes only to contacts you load, inside the daily email cap, and does not invent addresses. Follow-ups wait for your approval. Growth writes three posts about the offer. Anything that moves money waits until you approve it.
Support answers inquiries from the form, including the saved price when someone asks. Refunds, lawyers, and serious complaints are escalated. A wrong output can be flagged. The cofounder opens a correction and tracks it until it is closed.
